About This App
Northlake Financial Services account holders now have access to manage their accounts directly from their phones or tablets. Northlake MyAccount offers customers the convenience of making a payments and even setting up recurring payments through this application.
MyAccount customers can register for their account through the application or use existing logins if previously created through the Northlake MyAccount website (https://myaccount.northlakefinancial.ca).

Can't log in. I've tried deleting and reinstalling and it still doesn't work. I tried resetting my password and it won't even open the screen. I tap the submit button to log in and nothing happens. Extremely frustrating and I can't check the amount remaining on my account. Especially since you can only check your account via the app.
It serves its exact purpose. It does what it's supposed to do and is easy to navigate. Whenever I tell people I track my car loan/payments on an app they're surprised though. I'm guessing this might not be something every loan company has? I don't know, but it's very handy.
