Circle Medical is a primary care clinic that connects you with a board-certified provider for same-day or next-day appointments. More than 50,000 patients per month use Circle to establish an ongoing relationship with a trusted primary care provider for their general physical and mental health, preventive care, referrals, and treatment of chronic conditions, as well as urgent issues.
Currently available for virtual appointments in 30 states and Washington D.C.
Circle Medical accepts most PPO plans from major insurances. No membership fees. Self-pay also accepted.
In-person care is available by appointment only at select locations for existing patients and select services.

Service is great. App is horrible. -I will receive endless amounts of notifications leading up to my appointment telling me I need to check-in, though I already have. -When I click on Health>Prescriptions, it's not current. The latest date showing is March, though it's currently June. -When I receive a notification of a message, it never takes me to the message. -It won't stop sending me notifications to rate my experience, yet doesn't give me the option to rate.
The billing part of this app is incredibly glitchy. It consistently has technical issues loading the pages and showing me my invoices, or even loading to let me pay a bill. Incredibly frustrating especially since they are 100% paperless and won't mail you any invoices, and the web version is always pushing you to use the app. Make some improvements please.
Terrible experience, the PCP they gave me consistently forgot about all the information we went over in the last session. Then would forget to fill my prescription, and even sent it to the wrong pharmacy multiple times. Trying to get in touch with anyone is a process of submitting a message and waiting 1-2 days for a reply, which is usually unhelpful. Do not recommend this company at all.
App was unable to connect to my appointment correctly. On a fiber Wi-Fi connection, 3 feet from signal, and internet working fine on my home computers connected same way. It was frustrating not being able to meet with the doctor and get the help I need. It was also very frustrating not knowing what's next. Were they going to call me back, were they going to reschedule, what is the expected time frame, etc... I do not recommend this app, for now. Maybe I'll come back and update this later.
