This app is great! Registered my comoany with my YouBiz. The app is easy to use and understand. As this is a new brand by You.co and there are more rooms for improvement. I would suggest adding all of the features currently offered in the website to the app version instead of needing to go to the website as it is much easier and hassle-free. Other features such as Paynow & UEN transfers can also be explored to grow YouBiz! Other than that, I wish great success to the team & everyone!
I recently had a chargeback dispute with a merchant, and YouBiz handled it exceptionally well, which took around 10 weeks to resolve. Impressively, I didn’t have to follow up at any point—they took care of everything and notified me once the funds were successfully credited back to my account. The support was prompt and professional. Highly recommended for anyone who value responsive and reliable customer service!
There are a lot of features which other banks have provided for business. Can only say, this keeps everything simple and basic. Apologies, I discovered myself less and less utilizing this, shall discontinue.
Could you kindly add Account Balance to the app? Now it's no where to be seen. I can see transactions and spending, but no balance remaining..
