Too many issues 1) sometimes log in doesn't work. (web service unavailable). 2) checking in does not let you enter a different frequent flyer number, it has to match with the booking, it shouldn't give an error, just a warning and continue 3) it doesn't save traveler's information so you don't have to enter it every time you either book or check in for a flight. 4) sometimes it doesn't find reservations through record locator if you purchased your flight through an agency (that uses Amadeus)
The passport photo scan is so useless, it literally gets puts my info right and asks me to confirm it is right (which it is) just to tell me my name isn't right while not letting me modify anything. Why have a passport entry that you cannot modify text? Such a poor UX and design, makes checking in on the app basically useless.
I don't recommend anyone to travel with them. The first flight got delayed. As a consequence I lost my connection flight, didn't get any kind of assistance or even an email telling me what to do, I lost my baggage in Milan airport and it took me 2 hrs to find them. And finally, they obliged me to take an alternative connection flight via a country where I could have been persecuted for political reasons even though I mentioned it to their team who was very rude and unhelpful and I spent 26 hrs.
Seat map is a trap. I have paid for first row sets, but in the plane the seats are second row. Flight attendant not helpful, they say: it is what it is
