Permissions Used in Hours Keeper
1. Storage: Hours Keeper needs this permission to store exported files in your phone. And when you choose to upload a photo from Gallery, Hours Keeper needs this permission to read photos.
2. Camera: Hours Keeper needs this permission to take photos when you choose to upload a photo via camera.
3. Phone: Hours Keeper needs this permission to make a call when you choose to contact the client directly within app.
4. Contacts: Hours Keeper needs this permission to read contacts in your device when you choose to import a contact as client.
This free version is an ad-supported version, you're free to add 2 clients and generate 2 invoices, we also offer an ad-free version with no function restrictions(available as in-app purchase).

I work freelance or self employed as you say. I dont need any fancy software with GPS, bookkeeping, calendars & so on and so forth. All I need is time keeping & invoices. and that's what this app does. It's super easy to figure out how to use the app. I just tested the clock made fake invoices & looked at reports (added bonus) to see how this app works & it is great. I use quickbooks but it's not mine & I don't want to spend the money. there is a word of caution.their are periodically played ads
This app is a lifesaver!! I have recently have had to keep track of STRICT hours for myself and a coworker. Each month we are allowed 146 hours put together to care for a private client. This app tracks the time down to the minute. Gives you the option to set a certain pay period to your specific needs. Con- doesn't allow more than 2 clients without having to pay. All in all I highly recommend this app. If it wasn't for this app I would honestly be lost.
Love it. Extremely convenient. End of week I just export the invoice it makes for me and email it out. Saves me a bunch of hassle. Only things I can think of that I wish it could do: 1) Allow for "round to closest time" instead of only rounding up or down, or at least allow for manual changes in each entry; 2) Set minimum hours in an entry/a day for a client; 3) Set an invoice template for each client, so repetitive sections like terms/notes/invoice name&# don't require redoing every week.
Used to be awesome. I haven't used it in a couple of months, now it wants to "sync": to what, I have no clue. It doesn't operate, just attempts to sync up with something. Note 8 running latest Android. Since this app won't finish syncing, it's now useless to me. Shame cause it was a great app. Hopefully, the developer can fix it soon.
