This is a fun app with lots of different puzzles. I was excited by all the variety when I first downloaded it. But you need tokens to unlock each game. And once you run out, it's difficult to earn more. You can watch ads or pay for a subscription. I wish you only needed tokens to unlock one type of game (sudoku, wordly etc) instead of each individual puzzle
Lot of fun puzzles to play. However, you must play using allotted coins. If you run out of coins you either cannot play until the next day when you are rewarded for returning or you have to take surveys to earn more. But the system is broken. You earn progressively more coins for consecutive days of play, but the game loses track of when you played last and reverts to low rewards (fewer coins, fewer chances to play) and deletes hundreds of coins I spent an hour accumulating yesterday.
Puzzle pages just tried to trick\ force me into downloading an unknown Cloud app. It wouldn't allow me to get out of the selection process to get to get back into the game. No matter how many times I went in and out of the game. The wording swas hady. What's up with that? That was not okay. Very underhanded. I just downgraded my rating because of it. Be careful when on their game.. Now I don't know if it's safe to even continue playing the game. Which is sad because I loved playing this game.
So annoyed with customer service. In order to get tokens to play the games, you have to download partner games which are the games no one plays unless they have to. Then on many occasions you have to actually fight for the rewards. And then when they decide you don't get reward for stupid game, you get no actual explanation. I'd pay for the game but $6 per month or even $36 per year just isn't worth it. And after all that, we still have to put up with multiple ads. Ridiculous!!! Do better!
