The face scan was extremely uncomfortable! (why does this exist) , had to retake it many times , you need to be very slow (i was rushing cause i hate it..) , bank assistant had to help me retake the picture of my id too... 😭 , code takes more then 1min to generate sometimes it doesn't work..needing to resend another code + i hate the promotions in my email , i didn't ask for useless the ads! please improve your systems!!! 💔
It takes nearly one minute to generate a QR code. Payment has never been so frustrating especially when there is a long queue behind. In addition, can the App shows the credit card balance amount ? Right now only the transaction history is shown. I will have to login via the website to get my balance amount or statement to pay the card. How silly is that.
Needs to show breakdown of transaction that the 雲閃付 app would do, especially for those discounts such as buy $30 minus $5 and you scan to pay (buyer inputs payment amount). It'd be better to show the ORIGINAL price (along with the final price), for merchants to verify, which will avoid any potential disputes that the buyer has underpaid!
The app quite slow to open and reach the qrcode. Quite pressure when there is queue behind. What's worse is you can't open it prior at times since you couldn't retain the qr code when switching between app, which is required usually for merchant loyalty. "Offset with point" design is bad that you only can do it right after payment, and you shall not leave the app{eg reply a msg etc) else you will no longer find the button anymore. At times the page just never appear.....
