Crashed right after accepting the terms, allowing access to phone storage. I mean, the website on browser is already really slow and look outdated for 20years. Now the app is not even functional. I have their previous app. I really don't understand why they decided to create a whole new app instead of updating the old app. My credentials were saved in previous app and this can be inconvenient for people that are oversea where they do not have access to a branch to reset their password.
such a slow app. it use get the job done. before the update I was able to transfer money. despite following every step they they tell me I'm unable to make transfer. app is prone to slowdown slowdown crashing. Update: just keeps getting worse now I cant even enter the full length of my password to log in. Its insane how incompetent this app is
The app requires numerous authentication steps whenever doing something like adjusting transfer limits or registering fund recipients. Moreover, it limits the maximum of 10 non-BOC recipients while other banks can register a lot more. Other than these, the app works well and quite responsive and smooth.
Laggy, unstable. keep loading like 56k dial up. always show "failure in xxxxx" during the last stage of transaction then I need to re-do everything again. This app needs massive improvement in stability and responsiveness.
