I actually purchased this book. I had trouble winning this one and had to playthrough a few times to get the good ending.The story was enjoyable with a good plot but winning and getting the good ending can be difficult. I liked the different types of magic and the combat: however the romance options in this game are limited.It would have been cool to betray the empire and help the Riis. Unfortunately you cannot do that. It's a decent read but some events were repetitive. Others are unavoidable.
Very fun with a lot of different ways to go about the story. Feels more like a classic Choice game along the lines of Iron heart of War for the West. Also it is one of the first Choice games I have played where you can be a GOOD necromancer. You don't automatically get evil stats just for animating the dead and absorbing people's life force. It isn't very long but it is fun regardless.
Worth a read, but short Rather short, replayability is almost only for trying to max stats, you choices don't matter as much as most cyoa books, some results feel randomized with regards to the ending. The story is decent though, definitely worth a read.
This was a fun game. Key word: WAS. Almost every time I play this and go to the stat menu, it glitches/crashes whenever I try to go back to the game. I tried closing the app, turning the phone off and on again, but what finally worked was deleting and reinstalling it. After I submit this I will reinstall this for a fourth time.
