Overall, I'm impressed with the app: a blend of games that are relaxing and enjoyable, games that are fast paced and competitive in a thrilling way, and a few games difficult to master. It feels like a brain workout! Over the past month of doing the daily games selected to strengthen my specific areas of weakness, I'm starting to see a difference in my everyday life. I am particularly impressed with the thorough evaluation that precedes the brain games on Day 1!
The app is okay. The instructions are often confusing. I'm really angry because they did a bait and switch on the pricing. I opted for the 7-Day trial. I was immediately charged the annual fee. When I contacted them, they said that I already had a free trial a few months before. Then why did you offer me another one if I couldn't have one? They said to contact the Play store which I did and they rejected my claim. this is no way to keep your customers. I won't be renewing.
This app is software gore. I tried to create an account, but received the error "unable to verify email address". I'm using a valid gmail account. I went to the website (off the app) and was able to sign up. I returned to the app to login, and received an error "contact support". Deleted cache and storage and tried again, same error. No thanks. Maybe I'll give it a shot in a year or two if they're still around.
Like someone else said. Am going to be objective, no free trial? Very weird The games? Very childlike and don't exactly scream 300+ dollars a year Expensive? Very Does it look like it has a lot of potential? Sure, despite the reviews, I still gave it a go, but the games are silly, price far too high, and no free trial. Respectfully, ridiculous.
