If anyone is hesitant to download this, don't be. It's amazing. Pros: Character customization, crafting resources that grow back, massive skill trees, true RPG elements (dialogue choices that rely on stats/class), once past the tutorial, it's open world format, tons of side quests, no auto play, not pay to win (but you can purchase pearls if you want to), the devs seem to really care about the players, ads are not forced on you but do benefit your character, and more but I ran out of room. :-)
Another great offline rpg by the same team. My original only real gripe was clicking certain spots was kind of a pain because of the screen size, so not much outside of a zoom feature would've helped. Not a fan of joystick either but since combat is turn-based anyway it wasn't a dealbreaker. But now with google games on computer you guys need to get this one transferred over like vampires. About to do my 10th run and see what you guys added on there the past 2, 3 yrs (w/e long while anyway).
Really wanted to like this game. I liked the art and general feel. The combat portion was tedious and difficult in the beginning area. I didn't see a flee option at all and dying every other random encounter made it unenjoyable. Really needed a fuller party or fewer mobs in the encounter. Maybe better starting equipment, health recovery, something.
While I enjoy the character customization and the trees. The Balancing feels wonky at best. The game feels like it actively punishes you for getting stronger, as enemies seem to continue to scale to your level, meaning every level doesn't make you feel powerful, it just makes you feel progressively weaker. Basic enemies rapidly feel like they get out of hand, and overall soured my experience. It's fine, but the lack of feeling like your having any meaningful advancement is awful.
