I've been enjoying this idle game for a few weeks now. I'm on Episode 27 of the "main story" and haven't felt it necessary to purchase anything in order to succeed. I'd rate it a solid 3 1/2 to 4 stars. Their customer service is wonderful. I had an issue with an event leaderboard and they fixed the issue within hours of reporting it. For that alone, I gave the game 5 stars.
Fun idle game, but insanely pay to win, even more than a lot of others. The current event (Full Gear) is impossible to progress in without paying for multiple packs, you get stuck at a pay wall after about a day and with the event lasting only three days, there is zero chance you can even come close to unlocking the last two matches unless you pay around $20 in packs, minimum. And that is on top of constantly watching ads to double your money. Just a cash grab game unfortunately.
This rating is entirely for the support staff. I'm not sure how the game compares to other idle games, but any time I have an issue, the support team responds quickly and goes above and beyond to help fix any problems. In other games I'd have probably burnt out long ago, but knowing how active they are behind the scenes instead of going for a quick cash grab really keeps me engaged with the game.
They stole my money. I purchased a pack and didn't receive the items, but I was charged multiple times. Apparently, there are a lot of bugs in this game. I will give stars back if they fix my problem soon. UPDATE: The support staff helped with my situation and refunded me. The game is still a little buggy, and I would avoid purchasing in-game items in the future until they update it. I restored a few stars, but overall, the game still needs some work.
