It's a good game and the in-app purchasing is a little high in my idea but overall not bad. However, the reason for such a low score is because the app constantly crashes. Sometimes up to five times before I can even play the game for 10-15 minutes only for it to crash again. Also I have had stickers go missing which from other reviews seems to be not so unheard of. I feel that this app could use some work.
Added: 7/9/26 still waiting for tech support to contact me. I'm having issues with my game since last week's. When it had the last update to be exact June 30th. I've been unable to play because it's not letting me to upgrade3x when i play and/or receive the endless daily deals. I'm missing the opportunity to have the new squishmallows this month Christmas in July and no one from customer service has contact me related to that. I submitted a request 2 days ago.
Cute game I enjoy from time to time but I'm over getting sent back to levels I've completed. Has happened multiple times. Plus there's really no point to the 'money' you win. Sure you can buy more SM but what's the point? You can't do anything with them when you increase their size. Just collecting bigger SM is just a waste. Unless I'm missing something. Has potential but just doesn't seem to be well thought out concept.
I absolutely love this game and all of the events, but there are multiple bugs that need fixed asap! Just now I watched an ad so that I could get the 15 minute rewards for the levels, the ad ended up crashing making me lose my rewards that I worked very hard to obtain. Now I have to start all over and do 10 levels before I can get the mega again... This is very frustrating and needs fixed asap! It is not fair to the dedicated players that they lose all of their progress when the ad crashes!
