I had an urgent payment to make, and this app completely let me down. It kept loading endlessly, causing unnecessary stress and delay. My internet connection was perfectly fine — I even checked the speed to confirm. Clearly, the issue was with the app itself. It's extremely frustrating that it failed to work when I needed it the most. Very disappointing experience.
Esewa used to be a really good and trusted app before but now it’s full of problems. Transactions don’t go smoothly anymore and every time I try to make a payment some kind of error pops up. I even registered my problem with Esewa customer care but nothing ever gets fixed even after months. Honestly I’ve lost my trust in Esewa and I even feel scared to buy anything online now thinking the payment might fail or get stuck.
very bad experience so far. Last year I opened it for first time and tried to get my KYC verified but after multiple attempts for days ,it didn't happen.. so this year also I tried again it didnt happen...tried to connect with customer support..everytime they tell to edit some doc or image but nothing happens. that's why I didnt like the app & it's customer support.
has been using esewa from a decade, recently changed mobile number with same account but not transferred my credit points it was really huge. app has become slow from last few months, even not received a sigle penny in deals or discount or offer. sad to analyse these. time has come to move towards khalti or other phone pay options.
