Broken. Constantly disconnects. Can't use mouse or keyboard during remote session. View only. Signing on requires a second device for 2FA (can't receive code on phone).
Tickets are not visible more than 1 or a couple at a time when filters are applied. The display does not rotate.
This app used to be great but malfunctions everytime I use it. If it allows me to connect, it will only let me control the PC maybe 25% of the time. I have to use my computer now to connect.
Remote control no longer works. You're able to start a remote session but keyboard and mouse control does not work.
