This has got to be one of the most frustrating creature merge games I've ever played. I don't mind the timed chests or energy system for levels. My biggest problem is that no matter how I try to organize my garden it quickly becomes a mess again because the creatures just do whatever they want and there's no good way to stop them. They will put down new items and I can't even tell where they got it from. And they do dumb things like not harvesting my highest energy tree. I'm internally screaming
Enjoyable... Just 1 thing. Wish that they give you a notice 1 or 2 minutes before an event ends if you are actively playing. It's almost a waste of time committing so much time and focus to an event only to lose everything because the event ended as you go to pick up the point items. Or why not have it auto collect everything you made on the last second as it ends.
My favourite cozy casual. The creatures are adorable, the art is beautiful, the levels are simple, the rewards are fair, and the atmosphere is relaxing. My only frustrations are the very limited time for optional seasons, it's a little pricey at times (though worth the money), and I miss that third island you could purchase. I've lost my progress countless times on this game over the years, but I always return to start fresh, and I do truly adore this little game. Playable without purchases too.
Pop ups out of control! During events you kinda have to leave your game running for a long time to get the items you need. You used to be able to walk away but developers countered that with game freezing pop-ups. Your tablet is running the game, wasting time and money, but the popup will stay up for *hours* making sure you are ALWAYS paying attention. You can't win the event this way, I fell asleep and lost 6 hours of time only to keep trying the next day and get stopped by 3 more.
