Unwieldy navigation but worst of all is the on screen keyboard covers the textbox preventing the user viewing what's being typed! If you are reading, Mr useless Hang Seng Android developer, use adjustResize, which shrinks the app window so everything fits above the keyboard, or learn to write apps that doesn't use Webview. Good grief!
So many clicks to get things done. The App also does not respect my choice of disabling push notifications and continue to my phone marketing stuff.
It is unnecessary and is not appropriate to show username on the app's homepage after logout. It can tell logout is not done at backend.
If "service temporarily unavailable" upon successful transfer, I cannot download a historical payment proof. I suppose that the experience of fellow app users have reflected such a poor rating of this banking app.
