I have to say that the ads are force fed to you, like slop to a pig. The purchase isn't optional if you want to enjoy and ad free experience. Hell, even in airplane mode, they pop up. As far as game play goes, it's alright if you manage to not get cornered by 4 countries who you've beat to the ground but miraculously show up again and again. The AI can foresee your movements, unkillable troops that just so happen to cut through your defenses, and you can't wipe enemies like they do you.
Lot of potential. If you had an option to allow to create alliances, created a sandbox mode (unlimited money, no wait for troops time) this game would be so much better. One last thing, if this game made more sense it would also go better. What I mean is I was playing USA and conquered Japan. A couple of turns later USA still nuked Japan. Also dont balance units as much. There are times where there is thousands of more men on one side, but they still lost. Other than that it was a great game.
Really great game. The multiple unit types add a lot of variety. I really like the motorized infantry units, who are missing in most ww2 games. Also, kudos to the developers who programmed the computer units. They're not at all stupid, and WILL get you if you underestimate them. Only flaw is how difficult it is to unlock some of the factions. The huge roster is amazing, but its hard to unlock some of them. Again, really good game. Totally worth playing!
They are great! Great warfare, visuals, music, and ammunition sound effects; The geography and flags are great, and it does not have a vexful amount of ads (It still has them). But, I do want to ask the creators for a couple features that I came up with; First, I wish you could also make alliances, trades, and you have to deal with things like natural disaster. Second, I wish you could pick more wars that happened. Third, I would like a custom country feature; Find a way to put it in. Bye!
