Show over substance. Nice clean display but very convuluted to navigate. Even just to check the cash balance is a chore to get to. Poor integration of functionality between the App and online platform. Can't even set up payment instructions over the weekend for execution during weekdays on top of daily reduced functions early morning hours for maintenance. Bank management think this is enhanced service of a PB account? Backward step for sake of being different from it's high street banking app.
Not really user friendly for general banking needs and usage. Don't know why so much info about the market needs to be shown on the first page 😔
Am asked to confirm, but SMS says nullnull, which cannot be entered. This has happened 4 times. I give up. 0 stars if I could.
Junk app. Takes days to update transactions. Doesn't work with Xiaomi phones. Should learn from the app for HSBC PREMIER.
