The app asks me to do ridiculous tasks to match my HKID. "Open your mouth." When I do the tasks, it either doesn't register or gives an error message. "Turn your head left and right." When I do the first half of a task, it gives a green check and moves on to the next step, but then says I need to do the task correctly and starts me over. So useless and ridiculous.
really difficult to use even though I have an HSBC account and App not at all user friendly, couldn't verify ID, couldn't link account, constantly bombarded by advertisement.
It's been sluggish. Any action takes long and several attempts. Choosing PayMe to settle CMHK bills used to be seamless. Now it's a nightmare.
Took me a year and several attempts, emails, and manual workarounds to get set up. Then, it's not easy to pay friends or anyone. It's a riddle to me how to add friends, seems mobile number based, but conflicts with FPS if also on PayMe. Link doesn't work, unless you request a payment and getting 2 PayMe profiles just matched up whilst sitting across the table is not a feature. If the setup wasn't such a mess, I'd accept that there is a learning curve, but that was not intuitive.
