I used to have issues with this app, not allowing me to make payments. It would constantly crash if I clicked the manage payment link. I figured the update would address this. Now the app crashes as soon as I click the login button...smh. I would figure a company this large would be able to afford to put an app ot that actually works. I hope they get this together. Because it's just getting worse as it goes.
Per usual android version sucks or they don't focus on it. How is it I can sign into the website just fine yet I keep getting password or username error messages when signing into the app. There are issues submitting reimbursements for your spending account, you submit it & the app says submitted but stays on the same screen only for you to risk backing out & potentially canceling the submission. Then to see it indeed didn't submit. I was signed in using the biometrics & it randomly stopped..
For the past few YEARS, the app has hung at login requiring a cache clearing EVERY time I tried to use it. A month ago, it would let me login, but wouldn't load my account making me fear my coverage had lapsed. TODAY: all the buttons work except the one I need. Login. Sits there and does nothing, despite cache clearing. Completely and utterly unacceptable for YEARS now. Do better.
the app sucks. very difficult ult to find the in fo I need. sadly it's better to take the time to call. even the recording repeatedly tells you the info provided is not guaranteed. smh
