Eh, it's fine. It's basically just an asset flip of Inno's other game Rise of Cultures, which is honestly kind of lame. But it does have the extra gacha-style hero mechanic, so I get how they would appeal to different audiences. If you've ever been playing a city builder and thought "what if this was more like Raid: Shadow Legends," this might be the game for you.
A marvelous game that can be played for free, even long term, without feeling pressure. the events and content are well balanced, and nothing feels forced. if you like artwork, this game provides a comfortable visual experience along with lively music tracks. Above all else, the customer support team is very responsive and reasonable. overall I would rate this as one of the best games on the market within its genre.
I played this game since closed release, almost 2 years now. This used to be a wonderful chill game of city building and hero collecting. it always had pay to win elements but they were easily ignorable. The latest update brought a new alliance competition mode that's entirely pay to win and forces both spending and constant online presence. It's also tied to a main progression mode so you can't ignore it. They killed an amazing game and I can't recommend it to anyone any more.
Be aware if you play in the western hemisphere. Don't invest money in events where rewards are based on ranking. Those events favor players in Europe. ALL events in that game start and end at night in the US. European players have the first and last shot. You might be in the top 3, than go to sleep, so no chance to stay there. Also, certain facets of the game have ridiculous odds, for example the equipment upgrade. There are many times were the failure rate is 70, 80 or even 90%.
