This almost ended my 6 year relationship. I build Legos with my partner every year for our anniversary. We did just fine without the app up till now. We tried the team building feature together for our last set and got so annoyed with having to pass things back and forth and leaving things unfinished. At one point we had 5 different Lego bags open, just waiting to be returned to! The order of instructions makes no sense. The team function is the only reason we got the app, and it was horrible.
Love the app! It's a great way to keep track of most lego sets and the 3d view makes it easier for the kid to build. However I do believe it could be better. It's frustrating when a set retires instead of showing the picture its a blank box and you have to figure out which set it is. Almost none of the small bag sets (polybags) are not on here which we wish they were so we didnt have to keep up with the small papers in the bag to rebuild it later or atleast to keep track of sets and pieces.
I just discovered this app can track my collection. I added all the sets I could remember, and that were in the app. I hit 175 sets and over 110k bricks. I.. may have a problem. I can't wait for future updates to continue adding older set support! Only negatives are that it is not easy to bulk add things, or add multiple copies of a set. But that is minor compared to it's primary use.
This is a great app to use for both kids and adults who like to keep track of all the sets they have, and what I like most is how it counts up how many bricks and pieces you have altogether, regardless of set or theme. I have noticed that a lot of the older, retired sets are not all there yet, and some of the newer sets from this year are still not in the app's database (I assume it's a slow process). It would also be nice to include polybag sets as well to make the themes more complete.
