I love the double points and I think they are a fantastic deal, however, I am REALLY upset and disappointed in not receiving the free Leonardo Di Vinci Lego free gift, especially since I spent almost $2k on Legos this purchase, you should have absolutely ensured I received the Lego "gift" with my purchase! I am extremely disappointed in this, but, as I said, I do love the double points, hence the 3-star rating, otherwise, it would be 1-star!
The app could be useful except the points aren't worth the inaccurate tax rate they charge. My local sales tax is 7% but every order made to LEGO directly through the app or website is 10%, effectively negating the points I earn. I've brought this up to customer service and nothing can be done. What is worse is that the increased tax is always after you submit the transaction. When you purchase it shows accurately but then receive a new total after purchase. Very shady.
Download the app, and wish there was a way to add sets you bought before the app. like scanning a bar code from the instruction manual, or a code to enter, or like a QR code you can only get from the instruction manual. but other than that I think the app is a pretty cool idea. coming from a huge Lego fan. thank you Lego
it's a smooth app, no bugs buy very limited. 1. Where's the option to scan qr code to add points to your rewards and 2. where the sets i own tab. I know these are available in other apps but I rather not install multiple Lego apps. especially the instruction one which takes up all your memory.
