Update. Loading issues seem resolved. Keeping my rating at one star until additional wearables or data are supported. I still get zero credit for any sleep that is synced to Google fit. I've sent support actual sleep data logs synced to google fit from multiple types of devices, and support teams can't even help. They just suggest using a different device. Infuriating. Also finding a provider is not intuitive and very limited, cost estimates are often inaccurate.
Buggy. And very bad User Interface. Takes many clicks to get to things. Some of the bugs: <> Shopping OTC in stores with this app is a guess and fail game. I've scanned several items which got the same "approved" note from the app. But when checking out, only one was accepted by the UHC card. <> Syncing with Google Fit kind of works, but the app 'forgets' to sync, or sometimes forgets even that the sync app was specified. Each time it requires several clicks to resync
There's not much of a selection for some items and other items. there's way too much. Why are there about 12 protein items and over 100 coffee items. THAT'S INSANE!!! Sometimes, I find a product I like, and then it's no longer available. Trying to find my way around is frustrating. And sometimes it says I have money left, then I get a product, and I'm told I'm over the amount. Get someone who knows how to choose a better selection of items for people who can't get to a store and shop.
There is little to no problem getting providers paid for services. That said, each month, there is an allowance that must be used for healthy food and OTC items. If one goes online to shop for these, they are distributed by WalMart, and each month, the selection grows smaller and smaller with constant glitches when selecting items and ordering them. Many times, it takes two or even 3 days to be able to get needed purchases and check out.
