Too slow!!!!!!!!! 8t takes over five minutes to load. I should have purchased a Kindle. This is my third nook. I never, ever had had a problem with them. They just got old and stopped charging. They were a better brand than LENOVO. I bought my first NOOK in 2011. When the light up came out I bought that one. When the second stopped due to age I bought this one. Big mistake, BIG MISTAKE. I haven't even owned this one a year. B&N need to research a product better for quality
Not happy with the app since it no longer allows me to make purchases. I have to add to my wishlist then go to B&N to make the purchase. Why would you remove the purchase button? VERY frustrating! I only give 1 star because I only use the app to find more books to read but now I can't purchase them in it. I'll probably stop using the app altogether and go straight to B&N.
I have it with me always so that I'm never without my favorite reading materials. It's extremely user-friendly and convenient. After the last update, however, the page sync between devices no longer works, which is a problem for me. The Lenovo doesn't work as well as Samsung, and both of them need to have more storage for books. Even though I send my read books back to the cloud, I'm always dealing with "running out of storage" problems, even with the largest available memory card added.
While I love the Nook interface, I absolutely hate that it is impossible to purchase Nook Books outside of the US. I'm sure there's a reason for it, but as I'm a dual citizen not currently living in America, I've been driven to Kindle (which allows me to purchase books internationally). It's really a shame, Barnes and Noble, since you're a fantastic chain. Please do better.
