E-4220 Biometric (FaceID / Fingerprint) not registered. The previous version compatible with my Android and allow either Thumbprint or Facial recognition to login. After the new version update, it dont allow my facial recognition to login, I'm not sure what's the developers are doing, why remove the facial recognition login method and only allow thumbprint login. i got thumbprint issue and always unable to thumbprint. please fix this issue ASAP TO ALLOW FACIAL RECOGNITION LOGIN FOR ANDROID OS!!!
Bring back facial recognition. Not all can use thumbprint.
Great app when it's working - very useful for applying for leave and claims while logged off or out of office. However, it doesn't work often - unable to log in, claims pages hang or fields cannot be accessed, etc. Currently unable to access the claims page, name does not appear on the home page after biometric login, and when I click on claims it says my last session has expired (this is after I logged out, and re-logged in).
It's helpful for many things. Hopefully you could add in the option to upload a profile photo of the emploee instead of using PC, that you need to email to yourself, edit it and upload. It's 2021 this year.
