Website payment and FPX issues. After clicked approved in app, still cannot process the payment, nothing error, no response at all. This issue is not resolved for a few months. This function should be improved convenience, but not create inconveniences to the users.
I rarely use a debit card, and getting an OCBC credit card is tough because their requirements are too high. Yet, if online banking glitches and fails to authenticate (even with the correct password), the only way to reset it is with a physical card. Because of this loophole, OCBC die die must take RM8 from me every year for an unwanted debit card just to serve as a backup password reset tool. Fix this logic.
Laptop transfer doesn't work. Please fix your app. If there is a problem please fix it don't leave us guessing and at the end need to use phone to do transfer. Useless bank
Back to the same old problem again.. Popup "remote administration tool" AGAIN. Never have this issue with any other bank before. So how do we make transactions now?
