At the confirmation of purchase, payment will be charged to your Google Play account.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Our account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. Subscriptions may be managed by the user. Auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.

Excellent idea for an app and just what my son needs but the app needs some serious overhaul to be worth a monthly subscription. The pronunciations in the videos are pretty bad. The words that the child actors in the videos model are not pronounced well at all, they sound slurred and their rate of speech is way too fast for a child who has trouble talking to be able to keep up with. The other issue is that the video/lessons proceed without needing any verbal input from the user.
It is a good app but I am upset because I was charged for months after the trial ended. I thought I had canceled the subscription on the app itself. When I finally realized I was being charged $37 US per month I figured out how to canc it through Google but was told there is a no refund policy. I did not use the app after the trial period and think I should get my money back. Apps make it easy to use but difficult if you are trying to unsubscribe or cancel.
Horrible subscription.. do not reccomend! Wanted to try the app and said it was free for a week. Isn't what I wanted for my child so I cancelled my subscription (so I thought) and removed the app. A week later 52$ is removed from my account! So I immediately go and cancel my subscription again! To find out I don't even get a refund for the 'free' week I was supposed to get! So it's cancelled and I still have to pay for a YEAR of this app!? Not happy.
This app has been USELESS for us. My child only has issues with R&L pronunciation, but it still forced her to start at level 9 when she needed level 22! It's ridiculous there's no way to skip to what your child ACTUALLY needs, even with the premium sub, and I'm not forcing her to slog through 12 levels of excruciatingly slow exercises to get to it. And the voice recognition? 100% bullcr*p. I intentionally mispronounced words and even stayed silent, and it still says "Great job!". Total rip-off.
