Love this game, and have been playing since it came out, and used to play the original game before that. This game is hyper-accurate to the ASW technology of the time. The only thing that stands out that I think could use an adjustment are the range-lines on the projected torpedo and ship tracks. I cannot read the numbers in yellow against the blue ocean map background. would be better to have a more highly contrasting color like gray, red, or black, etc. Still, this is an amazing game!
This was kind of an accidental download (I thought it was a racing game). Pretty darn good mistake, this game is awesome. The only complaint I can come up with is that I want to complete the maps (like you would in GTA) but there are plenty of activity to keep me busy and several game modes that I haven't tried yet. 10/5 for making a fun game that isn't all about micro transactions and ads.
So far, it seems amazing, very detailed, and hands-on, which is a good sign. Just wish you'd add manual fire solution calculating and a side cutout view of the sub when submerged so you can see what's going on, it doesn't even need to show seafloor, just something where you can watch your crew go about their duties while in transit and see something other than a chart when submerged. If it had that it would be dang near perfect. Still a dang good job though.
I love this game, and if it leaves PlayPass, I'll buy it. It's that good. Are you guys open to feature requests? If so, please assign monetary value to enemy vessels, and add a return to base screen to spend money on resupply and upgrades in war patrol mode, as it would add replay value and goals to strive for when campaign is finished. It seems returning to base ends the war patrol completely at the moment, and what I'm requesting is a way to resupply during patrols as a "Freeplay" of sorts.
