This app is confusing & awful. I teach level 1 ESL to adults, and we've used the Future series for four years now. The books are great, but over the years I have never succeeded in helping my students access the digital content. This is the first year I tried accessing it myself on my phone. There are several complicated and confusing steps just to enter the access code, steps that a level 1 English learner has a snowball's chance in hell ever navigating. I finally just gave up and uninstalled.
I have tried so many times trying to access the content, and NOTHING. I had mailed customer support as well and nothing. They want my email address, username and password. My PPE app version, photo of my book cover, back cover with readable ISBN, photo of the first inner page, screenshot of the error in the app... Etc, etc. They are so unprofessional. They should cancel the app. I am not the only one having difficulties with
App doesn't let me sign into the account I JUST made - it works through the browser though, so I'd just reccomend on doing that instead. Update: after a few months, the issue still hasn't been fixed. I can't do my english homework that requires you to listen to audio as I can't access anything - you can only listen to it through the app, but the app doesn't let me log in no matter how hard I try. At this point I've just given up on the work.
In general, it's a great and useful app but sometimes it takes too long to open the content (even when the download is apparently finished). Also, the audios and videos are not in book order, but in "point" order, so we have to go up and down looking for what we need. And when we go back to the menu from and audio/video, the menu goes back to its beginning and again we have to open the unit we want and find the file we need (instead of going back to the audio or video that was just played)
