User Reviews
First the good. The atmosphere, graphics and sound where all great. The story, although simple, was nicely included via text at appropriate times and was easy to follow. For the bad, the controls in the game were barely functional and I almost gave up at one point. The pinch to zoom in the game is and unneeded and detrimental feature that the game would do much better without. That along w/ poor tapping recognition on set pieces to focus on them resulted in a clunky and frustrating experience.
The game is a very fun and entertaining game, but is clearly an unfinished product. There is still a bug in Chapter 2 with the sliders, but can be passed of you watch a tutorial. However there is also a bug in Chapter 7 that prevents any further progress. I've emailed the developers, but no response yet. If those are fixed, the game would be at least 4 stars. If the controls were also improved, then it would definitely be 5 stars. Please fix these bugs on a paid app.
This would probably be an amazing game if there weren't so many glitches. I'm only at chapter 2 and already encountered the second puzzle with items that are invisible so it's impossible to remember what you tried. There is also no way to just reset a puzzle to start over. Most advice says to start a level over from the beginning. Really sad that it was released like this. Maybe think about getting different QA? Or maybe getting QA period. Was there any?
Chapter 2 is glitched and the globe slide bits don't show up visually, thankfully I found a walkthrough for it and was able to figure it out. Chapter 7 is also glitched and the tokens are not available to pick up so the game is impossible to finish. Very irritating overall and I would have hoped such big issues would be figured out before it was released. I'm also not pleased I wasted so much time on this game for it to just be unplayable so close to the end. Do better!
