So even tho the app has two games on it, I bought the laser game and can only use those pieces. The detective game wont open, and the adventure game is coming soon? Disappointed in a rollout of a new game was not all complete. Can you fix the problem for the detective one? Nothing happens when you tap to open it
Most of the figurine do not detect, I went to troubleshooting, I was surprised that by using my only one finger I was able to pass the troubleshting, it did not detect that I am not using only one touch for every figure. Or the figurine has some of them 4 tactile pads. Where is the promised update ?
I bought the Chess & Coding for my child hoping to learn together & spend time. I was VERY disappointed after spending money on a Christmas giftnto find out the app doesn't work. I wish I would've known the app didn't work before WASTING money on Tacto learning games.
I gave my grandson Tacto for Christmas because I thought it would be a fun learning experience for him but it has just turned out to be a lesson in how to handle disappointment and frustration. We have tried many times over several days to download Tacto Coding into the app. Do you have any solutions? I now have a game that I paid for and cannot use. If you are unable to resolve my problem do you offer a refund?
