About this app
The official RhymeZone Android app is a fast, powerful rhyming dictionary and thesaurus that you can use anywhere, even if you're not on the Internet.
Quickly find rhymes, near rhymes, synonyms, antonyms, homophones, similar sounding words, words with the same consonant pattern, and other related words (generalizations, specializations, words appearing in the same context).
You get a database of over 150,000 words and phrases right at your fingertips. Find rhymes without an internet connection, but if you are on the net when you use the app, it can connect you to RhymeZone.com for definitions and all the other great features you've come to love, ad-free! Or you can look it up on our sister site, OneLook.com, or even hear it pronounced with Android's built-in text-to-speech.
There's also a nifty "Poet Maker" feature, which lets you find words that match constraints on both rhyme and meaning at the same time. For example, suppose you want a word that rhymes with "cat" and means "hea vy"; this feature will answer "fat" in no time. Or suppose you're looking for a rhyme of "curious" that means "invalid"; you'll get "spurious". You get the idea!
So whether you're aspiring to be the next Shakespeare, looking to put on the finishing touches of a love poem, bust out the next rap lyric, or just seeking some clever wordplay for your English assignment, give the app a try!

I have loved rhyme zone for many many years, I just wish they had a way to restore the purchase on another device of yours or if you got a new phone, I bought the app in 2 weeks I had to get a new phone and buy the app again. That is the main reason I gave it 4 stars. Another reason is that some of the words given have no definition even when you follow the link they provide. Other than that I love this app and believe it should be a go to for song writer and poet!
I love the extras in this app! And I am not using a tablet, I downloaded the app on my Samsung Galaxy 14 5g. So I dont know why it says that above. I would love to make it 5 stars if y'all can tell me why there's ads on a paid app? They pop in & out like they're on fire~its very distracting. Some ads fill half the screen! It's not the price so much as the principle of the thing. Please tell me this is a mistake. I'd like to keep the app, but if I can only see half the content, what's the point?
I love you guys, this app is perfect for any up and coming musician,artist, and/or author for making rhymes and/or poems. This is by far one of my most used apps/website. It helps me out tremendously and is very easy to use and very convenient for anyone facing writers block. If you ask me it's worth the purchase and a definite 5 star app, you won't regret the purchase at all!
Tried it for less than a minute and realised that it was only a fraction as good as the website. A slim percentage of word returns before linking out to the site. Might as well use the Internet version, it's far more expansive. Synonyms and related words for JOINED, App: 5, Website, 294. Who doesn't have a connection these days? A selling point of "if you're not in the Internet" as an excuse for a cut down feature set doesn't cut it anymore. Uninstalled and refunded.
