I loved this game until 2 days ago. They are asking me to pay for another subscription that is active until Oct. 26, 2018. I have e-mailed them 4 times over 2 days and I am still waiting on a response. HW have no problem taking money out of my account every month but have a problem responding to issues regarding subscriptions. I am very upset!!!
The dealing is awful. I tried getting into it, but like most games/ apps, the developer(s) try to make it difficult by allowing AI to assist in "cheating." Hardwood Spades also adds books to your bid, causing bags. The graphics are alright and I can see what they where trying to do. The dealing ruins it for me though. GL
my hardwood game crashes on and offline it completely freezes cant do anything have to completely close out and and start over I lost ratings due to my leaving game and when I try to come BK I'm either replaced by a robot or another player I sent help numorious of times and through email and the help option and got no response regardlees how I play a game on or offline it does the same thing also when opening up hardwood spades game on top of screen shows another user and disapear I'm very frus
awesome game however the amount of verbal abuse in this room is unacceptable. and it's like this with all of their games. you should change the rules like other platforms and don't allow kicking out unless there's absolute cause for it. you also allow personal private invites so that's the only way they should be able to kick people out is by not having them in the room in the first place I'm not going to be able to play anymore
