- See your listening lifestyle: in which types of listening environments you spend your time
- Choose between Advanced and Classic mode for the home screen view you prefer
- Find your Hearing Aids: Gain peace of mind knowing you can track down misplaced hearing aids with Find my Hearing Aids.

This app is for all practical purposes useless! You go through the whole process of switching off the hearing aids, unpairing them with the phone, uninstalling the app, switching on the hearing aids, pairing them again with the phone, re-installing the app, pairing again with the hearing aids, only to find out a few hours later that, once again, the app will not connect to the hearing aids AGAIN! You cannot go through all the trouble every time you want to use the app! Really useless!
My calls are not coming through on my hearing aids. I've tried repairing and everything it just doesn't work. I'm on a Samsung S22. What can I do to ensure phone calls come through my hearing aids as I really struggle to hear on the phone without my hearing aids. Please, it's very urgent. I just upgraded yesterday and now I'm stuck. It worked perfectly on my Huawei P30 Pro. I was under the impression that my hearing aids were compatible with my new phone, Samsung S22, now I'm struggling.
Not android 12 compatible. Use to work on my Android 11 phone. Finds and pairs fine with hearing aids on Android 12, but doesn't show up as audio device. Can't stream music or use for phone calls Edit: fixed by turning OFF adaptative bandwidth and restarting the hearing aids
Ive got hawuai mate 20 I found the hearing aid and it pair with it easily and i can control hearing aid settings but I cant used it to hear call or music If i was paring with hearing aid using this app So i have disconnect and try to reset the the HA and connect with it by Bluetooth only not the app and it will be working for calls and music but cant control it with app I hope u fix this issue
