Great after initial installation issues. Used it for California. Coverage was even better than USA users using local carriers. Customer service was responsive, but they couldn't resolve the issues I had installing the eSim. But it eventually worked when I reached USA and tried via WiFi.
I paid for 9gb in turkey, signal was awful and it said I used all the data in like 2 days, despite me having a network logger which said I only used 900mb, as well as my device log which was the same. Basically a scam, stay away would rate 0 stars if I could.
used this esim in Thailand, this January- March (26), cover was great, no problems at all. The cost of 6gb was £10 for 15 days, we spent £50 in total. This new app is less flexible. As a low user who needs unlimited calls and texts, I'd like to see a selection of different data on each 7, 15, 30 day sims.
Im so confused after using the esim. Does this app only deal with buying the sim? How do I monitor data usage? The app seems to hang, saying ' preparing your Lebara esim...' even after the esim is connected for data.
