When it started out it was a great game and was a lot of fun to play. A couple of years ago it went to a straight money grab. Don't bother starting it unless you're willing to spend thousands, yes, I said thousands, of dollars to be competitive. Ucool says you don't have to spend money to play and that's true but if you don't spend money expect your heroes to get destroyed by lower ranking players who did spend the money. 12/1/21 Edit: This game is getting worse with each new update. Each update gives you less and costs you more. It also introduces new bugs that Ucool may or may not fix. You should not start this game but if you have you should not send any more money to Ucool as they don't seem interested in improving the game, they just seem interested in getting your money.
The game was fun for awhile. But over time they kept getting greedier & greedier! They say "microtransactions", but has become Maximum Transactions! --- I could not recommend this game unless you want to spend $100-200 a month, and that's if you already leveled up. Losing friends on a weekly basis. -- Too bad, since the game itself if relatively decent.
Quickly losing its appeal. Have been playing for years. And it has gotten ridiculous how much they have made it PAY to try to keep up. In order to be even slightly competitive i have spent several hundred dollars. At least once a month they put on events to entice more money out of us. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. sad that people will pay 100's a month to play any game. But if u want to compete it will take 1000's. CRIMINAL!
Do not know how this game has over a 4 star rating, seems fixed by false positive reviews. Read the latest and that is pure truth. Had a great account for awhile then ucool says let's put in a new feature called awakening. Since this was put in my account went from quite strong to weak. Why you ask? Because now I need to spend money all over as my previous purchases over the years which made my account solid are pointless now and have no effect on awakened toons. Very sketchy and sly feature to add which has ruined the game for many players like myself. Seen so many quit now its not funny. Each server bracket has 2 to 4 guilds with semi active players. Rest of guilds ALL dead, maybe a couple players here and there who are weak and play sparingly. Unless you are a new player it might be okay but expect to spend a lot of money if you like competition because skill is not required anymore to play this game. Spend and win format basically. My 2 cents play a different game and spend your money elsewhere as the devs do not do any improvements to anything. Store shops throughout the game have been outdated for years is best example.
