I originally had the version from Netflix so all the levels were free. I downloaded it again, and paid for the extra levels. This series is one of my absolute favorite games. I don't usually write reviews for apps/games because I don't care or they're not that good. But these ones, I love them. The graphics, the art style, the puzzles. I wish there were more games like it. I'm going to get the whole collection on Steam.
An extremely underrated game, one which has never left my mind since I first discovered it. I love everything about Monument Valley, from the simplistic yet intricate and appealing visuals to the sound design that knows exactly what to do. Of course, I also adore the optical illusion aspect of it, with how you both interact with and explore these temples that break the laws of physics. Additionally, there are no ads, you couldn't even watch one if you wanted to. I highly recommend this game.
As someone who grew up gaming but now has very limited time, this game feels special. The controls are simple and intuitive, the music is calm and beautifully composed, and the art is quietly stunning. The lore is subtle but thoughtful, and the puzzles grow more complex without ever becoming frustrating. It respects your time while still pulling you in. I find myself choosing this over much bigger games because it’s genuinely engaging, relaxing, and memorable.
Man i'm not gonna lie, i played a game similar to this and i was skeptical about it, but this is the most vexating puzzle game i have ever played. Simple, but beautiful graphics. Challenging and stimulating gamplay. Intriguing and interesting story. If you have a few bucks, get the DLC, it's all worth it. This takes impossible geometry to a whole nother level 🔥🔥🔥
