I love the actual classes on the app, but it's super frustrating that the only device that I can use is my tiny phone. I live in an apartment and have access to a great studio but there is no TV that I can cast to. this app doesn't work on a tablet, which is absolutely ridiculous to me, and you can't use a regular computer either. I have a subscription but may not renew if I can't get a bigger screen to workout with. Why doesn't the app work with a tablet or computer?

Do not sign up unless you’re absolutely sure you plan to use it. The app advertises a free 7-day trial, but after I signed up for the trial and selected a 6-month membership, I was charged the full amount right away. I immediately contacted customer service to explain that I only wanted to try the app before committing. They told me the free trial only applies to the yearly membership, which was not clearly communicated upfront. I requested a refund, but they refused. Very disappointing customer

I've enjoyed following the zumba classes! The price is pretty affordable, I use it 3-5 times a week so it's worth my investment on it. I just wish that the app wouldn't sometimes delete my scheduled classes. it also takes them off your activity if you do them later in the day instead of the scheduled time. Thankfully it syncs on my phone calendar so I can look for the class I was going to do, but I hope they fix those glitches. Otherwise, it's a good time & it's helped me with my fitness goals!

I used the Switch game heavily, but was tired of the songs so I decided to give the app a try. I don't like that you can't choose individual songs. The app also seems to be full of a bunch of generic songs vs the switch which has songs from known artists. The phone app and the TV app don't align so I can't pick songs on my phone and mark them to play on the TV. Cancelled the subscription. Disappointed.
