I can NEVER login. The app displays "technical error" over and over again. I can't use another device because it's not a "trusted device". So I'd need to login to the app to authorise my other device, but the app won't let me log in. It's not a bug, it's a feature?
Very poor app. Buttons take forever to respond. Prompted to change my password but the Activate button doesn't work. And impossible to log on tbe browser websjte because it redirects to the app. App constantly saying "the application is currently unavailable". Truly a horrendous user experience
This app has been made mandatory to acess insurer services. One instances became the master to authorize all connexions from all devices and browsers. If you loose or reset the master device, then connexion to your user account is impossible and you lose all access to your insurance services. A nightmare.
Forced to install the app for 2 factor authentication, which is terrible practices. The application is not working. It's quite slow, not clear, with TERRIBLE loading times. Worst point is : double authentication is nowhere near to be usable. This application is a joke.
