I am seriously loving this app! Its way better than all the other kegel apps out there, by far! Without charging you a penny, this app gives you a new trainging session every single day for an entire 16-week-long program! You get to pick how many times a day you want to practice and if you want to set a reminder so you don't forget. It even has a few different stretching rountines you can do too! Its an awesome app and I'm def gonna be using it for a while!!
Works well, very good features for the free version. I'll probably cave and buy the full version but I wish it would give an option for a one time fee instead of a 12-month subscription. But the price is roughly $1/month for the paid version, so still way less than other kegel apps out there! The ads in this one are actually not intrusive so that's also a plus. And dark mode! It's a great all-around app.
Bad app, hundreds of training articles but they don't bother to train you in the actual technique when they introduce a new exercise. Press shows up on the 4th day, there is an article for it, the article just talks about relaxing and doesn't say what to do during Press!? Why not!? Maybe this was designed by AI, certainly a human would have caught that people need to be taught the specifics of the techniques being introduced.
Very solid app for kegel exercises. At the moment, the free plan allows 2 weeks of the workout before getting to the paywall, which is quite fair. What bothered me was the introduction of the "press" exercise that didn't have enough explanation to understand what I actually have to do. Turns out it's reverse kegel, but it's not mentioned anywhere in the description. Also, pressing the notification doesn't open the app on the newest android on Pixel phone, which is expected behaviour, I think.
