Easypaisa is a really useful app and I depend on it for daily payments, remittances, and shopping. The variety of services is impressive - bills, top-ups, donations, tickets, and bank transfers all work smoothly most of the time. #Areas to improve: Sometimes the app slows down or crashes during peak hours, and biometric login fails occasionally which is frustrating. If they can make the app more stable, it would be perfect.
This is the worst possible service. Whenever I try to use it, first of all, the app doesn't even open. Even if it manages to open, the transactions fail. Sometimes, even when I enter the correct PIN, it claims that the PIN is invalid. Their app and overall service are absolutely pathetic. When you call their helpline, no one answers. Most of the time, the call doesn't even go through and gets disconnected automatically. And on the rare occasion that it does connect, nobody picks up.
Even though easypaisa is quite convenient for day to day transactions especially when you don't want to use your bank account. But I've been having this glitch where I am locked out of my easy paisa account, it doesn't accept my pin neither my biometric is accepted and I always have to uninstall and reinstall the app. The developer should look into this issue. It's frustrating especially when it happens in urgent situations and out of nowhere.
My Easypaisa is not working properly. I deposited money into the Saving Pocket, but after one month it started showing an error. The error is still appearing. I thought that once the goal was completed, I would be able to withdraw the money, but even after the goal has been completed, I am still unable to withdraw my funds and the error keeps showing. Kindly fix this issue.
