It keeps asking me to update my information but when I want to take a picture of my permit, the camera is blurry no matter what lighting I use even though my camera has very good quality. Update: The staff gave me a personal phone call and explained why this is happening. They were very friendly and helpful, I appreciate them reaching out to me. They extended the deadline and suggested I call a branch directly to manually update the information as the app camera doesn't work with some phones.

The app claims my id expired,even though my Lagos branch updated three weeks ago. app doesn't recognise my passport so I am locked out of my account. helpline says go to branch, but as an expat I only go a couple of times a year. useless
After choosing English they still send notifications and docs not in English. Some of the screens are in multi langauge. BAD APPLICATION, UNUSABLE! low quality app!
