Great at what it does, but lacking some features. Bring over the app icon changer from 'Shortcut Maker', it's great!! I would love to be able to change the color of app icons like how that icon changer works. Allow backgrounds to be Material You colors, so they change w ur system colors. App looks great, functions great, and has a super solid foundation! Would totally recommend to others. Edit: Theres data storage issues. It changed my icons back to the default state, when they were customized.
Updated review after usage : The app is still amazing and functions well, but I've encountered some bugs : 1. After enabling and disabling extreme battery saver mode, sometimes the tiles don't get refreshed and the tiles only show the big icons icon and clicking on them opens and closes the big icon app with a pop up saying refreshing tiles but nothing happens. Can't open the big icons app as well in this scenario as it keeps doing the same. Tried force stopping too, doesn't work.
Love the concept of this app but I would be lying if my experience wasn't as smooth as I hoped it would be. The app crashes a lot when opening it to update the material you colors, my icon pack (which uses material you colors) isn't accurate to what it should look like and sometimes some tiles just refuse to update. It's a Beta after all, so I won't judge it on that but I hope it gets fixed in a future update.
Love the concept, and this is a great first release / beta. Haven't had many issues functionality wise, but have suggestions, for QoL improvements :) Would there be a possibility to add some animation to the tile, similar to how WP would flip to show a notification to the icon / image. Could we also get options to customize the font size of the notification, it's a little too small. Would be willing to test out things to help the development along! Thanks
