Awesome game... very satisfying. It's really fun...also addictive ×_× ! Each character unlock has unique quirks, which can change how you approach every level. On top of that, there's a pretty great upgrade system where you place unlocked houses and buildings above ground pinball/breakout style. Easier with controller but I play it on the phone without one. (i have the PC version too)
It's just really addictive and fun, honestly, I have absolutely no qualms with the gameplay. There are some issues like the game randomly crashing sometimes, but it's hard to find what causes it. Also this game's art direction is absolutely beautiful. It really reminds me of Octopath Traveler, combining a pixel art style with 3D environments and radiant lighting to create an almost dreamlike effect. I haven't even bought the full game yet, but I absolutely will. Highly recommend, 100%.
Awesome game. However haptics do not seem to work when playing on a handheld (ex. Odin 2 portal). Haptics only work if I use the touchscreen but not when I'm playing with the controller. I also play on my s25 ultra, and haptics are a big part of the experience in the game. Hopefully this can be fixed. Also aiming could be a touch better. Still super easy to overshoot or move to far.
i think it should be stated that you need to pay to play most of the game, its annoying that I have to pay for most of what seemed like a amazing and free game. its still loads of fun and a lot of stuff in the base game=no payments. great game for long rides and to scratch that nice rougelike itch every nowanthen. if ever, i hope there is a chance somehow, sometime in the future, where we can get the full game for free. itd be a dream come true.
