About This App
EnergyUnited has roots that date back to the late 1930s by way of two smaller community-based providers: Crescent EMC and Davidson EMC. These two co-ops would later consolidate, forming the co-op we know and love today.
Since then, our co-op has grown significantly—serving over 130,000 metering points across our 19-county service area. Though much has changed, our commitment to delivering reliable energy services at competitive prices and improving the quality of life of our members and communities has remained steadfast.
Our co-op works day in, day out to provide service while staying true to our four core values: Safety, Commitment, Integrity and Excellence. We’re constantly looking for ways to keep you connected.

The app does not allow to make payments. The inquiry in this regard gets no response other than closing the request with no resolution. This has been going on for many months now. Even your web app is royally screwed. Does not support all browsers. After providing the login details, it takes you to another web page where the login details need to be provided again. Total waste of time and energy, is very frustrating to make the payments.
Can never make a payment with this app - it sucks. Then they tell you "to make payments, update the version of the app" - BUT, there is no update available in the app store. Horrible.
awful. I go to pay my bill and the payment page just streams. I've tried to uninstall and re install. Nothing works. I am out of state and can't find another way to pay.
I can never log on. I set up the account and then it tells me Invalid information and then says I haven't said a password after I've done every step to set up an account. The online website and the mobile app are awful.
