Always blocked, Always wrong input... AND IT IS ALLWAYS CORRECT..!!! So, Why would I prefer a paper bill??? So I can see my acct's. l
3 years later I still hate this app!!!! I cannot stand this app! I have two accounts and they are always merged. Usually I can at least pay one and not the other but I can't even do that right now! I do not understand why the accounts have to be merged!!! so now I have to get out my laptop, log on and go into the regular site to make a payment on one account and not the other. ☹️
Can't log in. It says info is incorrect but I can log in fine on my PC with the same credentials. Can't reset password either through app because it says account number invalid. What is the point of having an app published to the app store if it doesn't even pass the first step of "can your customers log in?"
The app is not connected to anything. Got locked out putting in the password I've had. Then if you try to change your password, good luck. It doesn't recognize account numbers or the name of the account holder or your email. Basically, the app leads to a blackhole. It's pointless.
