This was amazing. I really don't have words to accurately express how much I enjoyed both books. How incredibly the author was able to put me right into the story and made sure my choices carried an insane amount of weight. I literally agonized over every little choice I made. Sitting there for minutes on end terrified to make the wrong choice. I'm anxiously waiting for part 3.
OH DEAR GODS! Ive purchased your first book skeptically at first, as werewolves are kinda iffy in modern tales, but from the beginning I was thoroughly enwrapped by the series and played the first one multiple times (will continue to do so) and the quickly set out on this one. Theres drama, action, romance (oh boy the romance), and deception! I CAN NOT WAIT! for the third book. Really makes you feel like you have a choice and are in the story, and if you mess up, there will be consequences!!!
I LOVE this series. The story is amazing and suprising, the characters are developed and interesting, and there are so many different outcomes for even the smallest interactions based on what you choose to say or do. My only grievance is that if you want to explore a different route or just see the different dialogue that comes from a specific option, you have to play through the entire game up to the desired point. A "chapter selection" would be great for when youve already finished the game.
I have been very addicted to the whole story from book 1 and now 2 ! I really like this book and the choices might be more impactful than 1! So I really felt like I could choose a few different answers and change a large event in the story! I am sad that you prioritize politics, defenses, and personal growth over the romance a bit because I felt like it was a waist to visit my partner over something like investigating. Also why did some characters like Haken vanish or did I miss something in 1?
