User Reviews
There are many major problems. No way to log bug reports. The app intermittently logs me out for no reason. No dark mode or themed app icon, and doesn't follow Android Material You design guidelines. Constant requests to start challenges I've already completed with no way to opt out. Brush head replacement notifications on the app and brush aren't in sync. No, I can't call US customer care. I don't live in the US. Unacceptable for a brush with the app listed as a key selling point.
This app was great until it got its most recent update. If you don't brush for the full 2 minutes and tell it you're done, it will not save any of the time, coverage or pressure data. Sometimes even when you do tell it, it doesn't save the data. it's very frustrating when half the point is to track the data and get insights into how you're brushing.
I've been trying to use this app for two weeks. The only thing it does that it claims to do is connect to my toothbrush with Bluetooth. I even tried deleting it & reinstalling. It stops recording my time & tells me I should brush longer & that's with the position detection turned off. It gets worse if you try to use that feature. There's not even a way to manually enter that you actually did brush. To make matters worse I got this brush because I wanted an app to record my progress!!
1. I don't sync it often, but when I do, I want to sync the history - it does not get immediately synced, and there is no indication of the sync status, although the brush is definitely connected to the phone. 2. The brush history ridiculously does not show when the brush head was replaced as well as the log of prior brush heads. It only shows the days left. But what if I am swapping brush heads because of oral surgery? There's no way the app helps my to track it.
